End of Year Fundraising
Since its inception in 2015, Urban Angels SF has dramatically increased its impact on the lives of our unhoused neighbors in San Francisco and others living at or below the poverty level. This is largely due to the generous support of its financial donors and the generosity of its many volunteers who do the work.
The Urban Angels SF board of directors and the advisory members all provide financial support in addition to the many hours that they work.
Each December, in order to fund all of its programs and meet its overhead expenses, Urban Angels SF asks its corporate and individual donors to fund the first six months of the following year.
All donations are tax-deductible due to its 501(c)3 status.
In 2024, Urban Angels SF’s main focus will be on the year-long educational support for unhoused children and others living at or below the poverty level.
Its seasonal programs included Spring campaigns, the annual School Supplies & Backpack program and Holiday Gift program, the latter two of which focus specifically on the needs of unhoused children and those from families living at the poverty level in San Francisco.
