UASF’s Youth Ambassador Corps Update

UASF’s Youth Ambassador Corps are incredible volunteers from our local schools who are a vital part of the Urban Angels SF team and demonstrate leadership in the community. Above is a photo of Deeran Vermeij & Shreya Sheth, our UASF Youth Ambassador Corps Co-Directors for 2022 - 2023.

They are passionate about the School Supplies & Backpacks campaign because as students, they know firsthand how important vital school supplies are to achieving a successful education. Watch their video below now to learn why the School Supplies & Backpacks campaign is important to YAC.

For SF families living in shelters and in poverty, affording school supplies for their children is extremely difficult. For every $25 you donate, one more child in need is equipped to begin this school year with the tools they absolutely need. Donate Now!

So far, we have received $3,500 which puts us 14% toward the goal! This means 140 children will receive backpacks full of brand-new school supplies, and 860 more are hoping that we can fulfill their wish for school supplies before school begins.
