Summer campaign reaches 100% of goal thanks to donors
So many people donated financially to Backpacks Full Of Love, Urban Angels SF’s 2023 summer campaign, which made it a complete success, reaching 100% of the goal!
If you made a donation to Urban Angels SF’s Backpacks Full Of Love summer program, every $25 you donated bought a new, high-quality backpack filled with new school supplies that will be given to an unhoused child or one from a family living at the poverty level in San Francisco.
Juan, age 7, who was living with his entire family in a single room in the Mission, received one of these backpacks this week.
By the end of the week, 1,000 more at-risk and unhoused children in our city will get theirs!

These new backpacks & school supplies help the children to:
improve their confidence at school.
be more engaged, get better grades.
strengthen their attitude toward learning.
